Degenhart Glass (?).  Plaque weight, "The Pratt Keirk Com., Jan. 1st 1905".  White painted plaque with black lettering over frit layers of red/white/blue with bits of yellow and pink.  Typical four corner partial pin flowers of pink and yellow.  Base is flat and polished with small hole in center.  Weight is hollow.  Overblown.  Diameter 4", height 3".
